The Town of Unity offers attractive incentives for new
business locating in Unity, or the expansion of existing business in Unity.
The Commercial and Industrial Incentive Policy
provides support in the form of a 3-year property tax exemption on new
construction and expansion to existing commercial and industrial properties in
the Town of Unity.

Downtown Advantage
The Town of Unity has a thriving downtown core to meet your
retail shopping needs. Recently the Delta Co-op constructed a new Marketplace
Foodstore in downtown Unity. As an incentive to locate, Unity's downtown
businesses are not required to purchase a Business License. A downtown business
that is planning an upgrade or expansion may also be eligible for the Commercial
and Industrial Incentive Policy.
Home-based Businesses
Homebased businesses are an important part of Unity's business
sector. To open a Home-based Business, please complete an Application for
Development Permit and submit it to the Town Office. If approved, your
Home-based Business will be required to purchase a Business License. For more

Commercial and Industrial Land
The Town of Unity has developed commercial and industrial land
